We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The item must be in its original condition as described above.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved:
